Well,Friends of Aristocracy!

We speak again of our newsroom, where we will begin in all your emotions, the ninetieth interview of the Aristocracy. This time, we spoke with a duo that presents a classic Black Metal and with excellent taste and that goes by the name of Meresin. Yes, duo, you read that right! They are Polish and go by the nicknames of Perun and Seraphiel. guitar, keyboards and her roaring voice and Seraphiel in addition to her voice, uses another guitar and a bass. Perun and Seraphiel gives us this interview now and released last year, his opening horde called Black Messiah and through the label Via Nocturna.Song Now!

A1:Talking about the composition work in Black Messiah?

Perun: The material was created between autumn of 2020 and spring of 2021. It was hard work full of experiments and creation of new sounds. Absolutely uncompromising process of creation in the way exactly what we want. Me and Seraphiel had head full of energy, hatred and aggression which we turned into music. The process of creation was very spontaneous and full of emotions. We are absolutely happy about the results. This is what we exactly wanted to achieve.

A2:Expert Opinion:Currently, many bands of your style have only been made in duos. What would be the factors for this to happen more strongly now?

Seraphiel:Creating music in duets is easier and faster mostly due to quick communication and decision making. You don't need an army of people to create and release good music. Not anymore. We prefer this way of working. It's more efficient for us.

A3:Evidently, due to its place of origin, religious criticism is largely based on its style and sound. But, apart from the religious one, where are their respective sonic malign criticisms?

Seraphiel:Every human being is against something and when they do they are trying to do something with it. For us it was natural that we have to do something against those black robes. But this is our first and surely not last topic. We are against human oppression of any kind.

A4:How is the industrial and symphonic sound mixed sonically by the band?

Perun: We decided that those sounds are necessary to present our hate and contempt to christians. It gives an additional possibility to create an atmosphere of aggression, space and rottenness. I think we managed to achieve the effect of an apocalyptic atmosphere which is clearly visible when you are watching what is going on with our culture because of christian mafia.

A5:What´s the bands influence Meresin?

Seraphiel: We are not trying to follow any existing trend or metal style. Our music is the best what you can get from us. Everything you can hear on our debut is US - from the very beginning till the very end. Pure, original and evil. Best sound and message you can get

A6:How band know about Sold Rock PR?

Seraphiel: they contacted us directly and proposed collaboration. For us it was a good chance to start our journey side by side with someone who knows where to start and where to go.

A7:What electronic elements were used for this album?

Perun: We are using one of the most powerful and aggressive sounding synth, access virus. Based on that we created many samples. Additionally we used some symphonic orchestration to increase the power of the sound.

A8:How band arrive to Via Nocturna Records?

Seraphiel:They are looking for good music and we were looking for a good label, it was a good choice for both sides. We wanted to work with people who know what to do with such a masterpiece as "Black Messiah". And it worked.

A9:What´s the idea behind artwork´s album?

Seraphiel: Our followers need to know what their Messiah looks like. Now you can look into his eyes while enjoying his anthem. Now you know with whom you are marching against corruption and deception of clergy. It's clear and simple. Listen to his words and follow him!

A10:This album is conceptual?yes or no and why?

Seraphiel: no, it's only the beginning. The storm is coming and you all are going to be its witnesses.

A11:Why the band have this name?

Seraphiel: in Christian demonology, it is the name of one of seven demonic princes, rulers of hell. Lord of air, thunder, war and plague. The opponent. Our music thrills like a thunderstruck and we are the enemies of clergy's mendacity. WE are Meresin!

A12:According to what you think about in your daily lives and according to the songs on your new album, is it better to think of the human being as an agony or an animal for health?

Perun:I think human being is a complex topic. But definitely one of the biggest enemies of human being is religion - the tool to manipulate and terrorize others. It is definitely not agony. I hope one day there will be no churches on this planet. And that is why we are creating the music. To show that this is the goal to be free.

A13:In a way, does your daily work help to influence any of your music?

Perun:We are living in Poland. Country where people are living like a slaves of Christianity for a thousand years. It is visible everywhere! They want to destroy our minds, control our every move and steal all our money. It is visible in every single minute of our lives. People are dying here because of christian god. It is absolutely disgusting. So it is obvious that our daily work and all other activities influence our music.

A14:What style of Black Metal do you usually not listen to?

Seraphiel: that is one hard question as I am listening to the music I like and not taking much time about considering what sub genres or types of genre I don't like (laugh)

A15:Because of technocracy, do we lie much more today than in our parents' time?

Perun: No, I think there is a light at the end of this tunnel. Societies become more and more aware about lies and reality. But we must say it loud: religion is a lie! That’s why there is much to do, to tell people what their rights are.

A16:I don't know if you like football or not, but is it true that the name Paulo Souza is an unpleasant name in your country?

Seraphiel: I am not a football fan but I've heard that name already. Is it unpleasant? Not for me…

A little explanation to fans and the couple we interviewed: We are not pessmists or optimists, we are realists. But the name Paulo Souza is not pleasant for a Brazilian football team called Flamengo and he was the coach of his beloved Poland.
