Presenting in all its emotions, the interview 118 of the Aristocracy. We spoke with the band A Sueca de Power Metal Tad Morose. A band that is already in its eleventh full album entitled “March Of The Obsequious”. our Italian partner for making this possible.Something spectacular that you start following now. Let's get down to business!

A1:Hi, let’s talk about the composition work in “March Of The Obsequious”? Ronny Hemlin-Christer ”Krunt” Andersson:Hi.Every member of the band record demos and ideas at their home studios (yeah that’s what people call a computer with a Music Program installed today ha ha) and then we bring all them together in the rehearsal and arrange them together, I guess that is how most bands work today – “generation Lazy” A2:For which reason, do you say that this album follows the path of the last three works? Ronny Hemlin-Christer ”Krunt” Andersson:Well, the song writing process is the same, and we strive not to stray too much from what we’ve built up the last … 10? Years. It is of course NOT a clone of previous albums, some stuff might be very different and “risky” darey ha ha A3:How to bring modernity to a band that reaches its eleventh album? Ronny Hemlin-Christer ”Krunt” Andersson:Even if we try to keep the Tad Morose sound intact, we also follow the progress of the music industry to some point and try to adapt “to the parts we like”

A4:Before the show at Wacken, did you have any butterflies in your stomach? Ronny Hemlin-Christer ”Krunt” Andersson:No, only Beer 😊Well, of course it was a bit of that. It was the biggest festival we ever played at. We drove from a festival in Switzerland that we played the day before and just arriving at Wacken was special. The size of everything was a bit overwhelming. But we managed to find our way to the stage with little time to spare. Great show! Fun memories! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9e94OLUZXZw A5:Andreas Silén is a special guest of the band for this album, right? Say just yes or no. The second part of question will be soon! :)

Ronny Hemlin-Christer ”Krunt” Andersson:Yes! A6:How did this invitation come and why did he deserve such honor? Ronny Hemlin-Christer ”Krunt” Andersson:As Kenneth left the band to pursue other stuff, we stood without a second guitarist as it was time to record the album, Andreas and Ronny had played together for many years in the band Lack Of Faith so we knew exactly what he was capable of, so we asked him to join in and he accepted \m/ A7?Is it correct to say that you definitely retired the progressive parts in your short or complete works like EPs or full albums? Justify Your Answer!

Ronny Hemlin-Christer ”Krunt” Andersson:I don´t know. Some parts nowadays are way more “progressive” compared to the older stuff, I guess we managed to incorporate it into the songs better perhaps 🤣 Who knows? The next album might be totally “progressive”? We just do what we feel like.

A8:What´s the idea behind the artwork?

Ronny Hemlin-Christer ”Krunt” Andersson:Yes! Of course! But that’s for the viewer to find out. 😎

A9:Again, a yes or no question. Is it correct to say that the band's last three albums were a trilogy performed by the band?

Ronny Hemlin-Christer ”Krunt” Andersson:NO

A10:How did the band arrive to GMR Music Group?

Ronny Hemlin-Christer ”Krunt” Andersson:It was Kenneth, the previous guitarist, who first introduced the band to GMR since he had known them for a while.

A11:Is this album conceptual?

Ronny Hemlin-Christer ”Krunt” Andersson:No not really, even though you can “if you look closely” find a red line or two in the lyrics.

A12:What kind of dark fantasy doesn´t deserve to be in a Tad Morose Song? Ronny Hemlin-Christer ”Krunt” Andersson:We like to have no boundaries, but of course we won’t intentionally hurt or offend …unless it’s deserved ..

A13:Some literature, film or videogame inspires the band? Ronny Hemlin-Christer ”Krunt” Andersson:Not to the point that it has contributed to any certain songs (at least not since Revenant) have no idea what inspired the lyrics back in the days

A14:What would the 2022 Tad Morose say to the 1991 Tad Morose?

Ronny Hemlin-Christer ”Krunt” Andersson:A few wise words I guess, that I´m not going to mention here, but other than that it would be: Work harder you lazy bastards! 😂 A15:Even if the band didn't do the mastering, were any suggestions made to whoever did?

Ronny Hemlin-Christer ”Krunt” Andersson:Nope, we trust Jonas Kjellgren at Black Lounge completely …. But he made suggestion on changing stuff in the mix to make the mastering better. Take care, play LOUD and have fun!

Cheers! This interview is answered by both Ronny and Krunt.
