We speak again of our newsroom, where in a little while, we will start in all its emotions, the hundred-seventh interview with the Italian punk band Death Of A Legend.
They release singles and have now recently released the single Costa Del Sol.

A1:What were the main ideas for the singles?
Trippy:Beside Costa del Sol we focused on funny situations, good memories and spent some thoughts about how things are getting formally clean nowadays. A2:Why the Italian soap operas influenced the band as much as my country? Trippy:Soap Operas are fun. We all grew up watching that kinda things with our grandmas. That's how we started thinking about how difficult has to be a Soap Opera character. You're life's really a mess. A3:Does the Internet help the band a lot? Absolutely. It's an outstanding tool to find morons like us all around the globe. A4:Is the band planning to do an EP or full job soon? Trippy:We're working on a bunch of new songs. Probably other singles.

Trippy:As kids we really had hot summers, skateboards and a lot of free time. A6-Which soap opera inspired you? Trippy:Not a specific one. The whole genre I think. Costa del Sol has its own setting. A7: How band knew the Press This Music PR reality? Trippy:They're long time friends. We also worked together with our previous bands. A8:What´s the idea behind the artwork´s album? Trippy:We really wanted something that could describe the world of entertainment as we love it. A9:How is Death Of a Legend different from your previous bands? It's way more ironic and easy listening stuff. We only care about spreading good vibes around. A10:Is football part of the band's life? Trippy:Not at all. A11:Which bands influenced DOAL? Trippy:We really dig dozens of rock'n roll and punk rock bands. I wouldn't know where to start.

Trippy:Working mostly with singles, we try to give a very specific identity to every song. I'm positive you'll find some different influence every single time! A13:Your songs are conceptual? Trippy:Definitely not. A14:Which Brazilian soap operas inspire the band? Trippy:Maybe O Clone, but brazil is a goldmine. A15:What would Brazilian punk learn from Italian punk? Trippy:Nothing at all. I think Brazil is way more punk rock than Italy. A16:Which soap opera made the band born to the world? Trippy:I'm not sure I got the question but I'll say: TOPACIO.
